Ice is about 14"-16" thick. Only a few ice houses out there. The dog & I were out there for about 4 hours. Caught 4 Northern on tip ups using smelt & jigged some minnows with no luck. :;:rockit

awesome.

I never keep pike, as I am unable to properly clean them, and pickling them is out of my realm.

Nope 5. Our lake isn't listed on that page because the game and fish doesn't manage it due to it being privet. The other ones name is actually Cottonwood Lake which is dumb as shit considering it was dug by chad Wachter to get fill dirt for his development to the north and he grew up on Cottonwood 1 so why he named it the same thing is beyond me. Game and fish often names new lakes what ever they want as shown in that list with crimmins. Here's one and two side by side.

Love the dog! We have a St. Bernard and love him very much! At first I wasn't so on board with getting one, but now I think I am attached to that dog more than my wife is! I bought a nylon pulling harness for him to pull my ice house/gear onto the ice. I haven't gotten to put it into actual practice on a fishing outing, but I have had him pull the sled up and down the street after a snow and it worked great!
