ask lund for a written explanation of why they would not cover it... ask your insurance company for the same... with said letters is in hand, tell them you have booth space rented at all local spring boat shows with copies of the letters, along with the boat for reference... if 1 doesn't cover it, the other should... sadly, the dealer prolly has no culpability in this...

i hate being a richard, but can be drawn into it if needed...

this was me - assuming the report was complete and correct...

after seeing this, i don't have to wonder why my insurance/boat cost never seems to go down, and every insurance company/oem seems to have a bad name these days... they would b the biggest victim in a paid claim/repair, and IT DOES effect all of us...

if we want to b able to have nice things at a reasonable price we need to grow up folks...
