$5.7 billion dollars worth. Soon, the court will decide if ABC News recklessly listened to their informants?

The only hamburger I have bought in the last 2 years is from Walmart, I'am ok with it, I know at least the meat is red all the way though, I get 80/20...90/10 in 1lb. sealed tubes

We buy from Costco. Get the 90 percent lean. A five-pound bag of one-pounders for $16 I think. Tastes fine for what we use it for. We eat more venison than anything, but it's good to switch things up once and awhile.

I prefer my burger to be in the 80/20 mix, that fat adds all the flavor. Problem with store bought meat is all the water weight that is put into the packaging. Its probably 10% or more of the total weight.

We buy the 1 lb. frozen tubes (93%) from SuperValu stores. It keeps well and works well for any recipe as an ingredient. We hit Butcher Block in Mandan when they have their ground chuck on sale. Great texture and no added water. Makes great burgers!
