Pretty sure we can all agree with what this guy deserves. The problem is that I'm also pretty sure none of us would actually do what he deserves as that would reduce us to his level. Don't understand how serving 18 years equates to serving his full 20 year sentence. Also question why he got out early. Would think that if he was a model prisoner he would have been eligible for parole sooner.

Would also think any prisoner would have an easier time adjusting with supervision for a period of time. Agee with whoever suggested that if he does something similar in the future, who is going to accept the responsibility. If he becomes a benefit to society, great. If not then someone made a huge mistake and someone else is going to pay the price. It's sad.

He wasn't eligible for parole and served 85% of his sentence, so that equates to freedom without anyone watching....hmmmm....not sure that makes sense to me given his violent crimes.

What's really sad is if your caught with weed within 1000 feet of a school you could receive a 20 year sentence just like this guy who tried to kill someone. Our laws and penalties are beyond effed up! Too many potheads in prison we got to let the killers out early.
