I used Del with A-1 for 4 homes. He's great, saved me from buying dud and he's the reason I got into the business.

Home inspection stuff aside, there's reasons we have all this damn paperwork cuz of problems in the past. I've used VA loans for all of my buys and it is ridiculous!
