I was following a court case on https://publicsearch.ndcourts.gov/ and for the last two weeks the website won't open on laptop or desktop. I'm getting a 503 code and I have done everything described on the checklist that should have fixed the problem.
FWIW I'm using chrome with windows 10 on older computers that arn't able to upgrade to 11, if that makes a difference.
Another FWIW , I'm dumber than a stump with computer stuff but willing to learn, I'm like a kid that doesn't know anything about cars but likes driving them.
Can someone confirm that the website is working and/or steer me in the right direction ? Probably best and easier to upgrade my computer if the website is working.
