Had a doe come in the back yard last week with a fawn but she looked HUGE. I thought she was having another one, she barely could walk. She crawled through the fence and went into the high grass. The following day the baby crawled back through the fence and appeared to be picking on food but no mamma. Since then the little guy has been showing up by himself. A buddy thought mamma had Uterus issue (he stayed at a holiday Inn). Question is can this little guy make it?? Yesterday morning 2 other open doe's came in but as soon as they did he scrammed. He only shows up in the mornings.

We raised one years ago and fed it milk replacer twice a day. After a week you could call him and he would come running to the house from the tree grove.
