just ordered a few of these babies. Not sure why, but they look cool, and if nothing else the pike shouldnt have a problem taking them from me.

looking through that website, the europeans sure do have a lot of cool baits available that ive never seen, even Rapala specific. Wonder why that is. Do those tea drinkers actually fish as much as we do?

Their fish can get big but unfortunately for most people over there they just don't have many places they can fish especially in great Britain thus why they love carp so much. The bait looks good but I love how a less complicated lure ends up costing more!

Yep!! Sure would have been nice to see it hitting some weeds, wood, rocks, etc. Interesting concept, but I see one possible flaw. I bet when you have to bend that weed guard back after hitting something hard, you won't get to many "bend backs" before the wire breaks off. Might be worth a shot on DL in the trees though. However, I think them trees will eat those just like they do everything else. LOL!!
