I have never had it -- but i would much rather cut that into steaks ---- medium rare more rare then medium. droooolllinngg

I remember many years ago there was a locker plant in Abercrombie N D that made dried venison. I would get a hind quarter or two done every year. It was excellent. LB

Long time ago West Dakota Meats use to do cured hams off ass of deer so good.
