    Well, that was kind of my point. They used to be smaller, lighter and go more places. But now they are the same weight and size as a small pickup. And comparing a full sized pickup to a small side by side, of course it works better.

    We have a couple SxS’s and several four wheelers. They are and unfortunate necessity when you have cattle. They didn’t cost $50,000 if you add them all together. With what these new ones weigh and how big they are, the advantage of having one is completely lost.

    Season it and put in the fridge for a couple days. Bring to room temp and throw on smoker at 250. Get it to desired temp. Pull off and rest covered for 20-30 minutes. Can’t really screw it up.
