Private Landowners Hunting Public Lands

Was out in the western part of the state this weekend turkey hunting and I noticed a pickup that had a sticker on it that said Something Farms, Mott (sorry, can't remember the name). I assumed that they were private landowners. Isn't that what gratis tags are for, so they can hunt their own...

Think they'll cancel it like they did paddlefishing season? If the governor issues a stay at home order, does that mean it's postponed? Turkey hunting is probably one of the most social distancing activities I can think of.
