    Did someone ever make a decent non-serrated steak knife?? I've purchased nice heavy built ones on occasion - and I find myself reaching for the cheap and lightweight 30 yr old Farber with the thin/cheap (stamped?) blades. Makes non sense - but they simply function/feel better...
