    I think you have to do the whole thing. Not 100% on that, but I do know you have to re-shoot every 5 years. I used to have the Utah CCP since it HAD reciprocity with MN. I have since let it lapse when that went away. I try to stay out of MN as much as possible anyway. I don’t feel the need...

    Two guys usually beat us and you know who. One of which took the state title a couple times and one works for Dakota Arms now. Both WAY better than both of us AND one shot a 30-06. Now if I would have had my hands on this one at the time.
