    Air fryer

    I’ve tried it a couple different ways, turned out good, but no comparison to traditional fried. Had a medium priced TFal (I think) brand nd thought a better one would help so bought a Cuisinart. Guess I’ll die a couple months earlier from fried food.

    Smoking Northerns

    When I’ve done skin off(salmon) it I’d rinse well and not brine it as long as it seems to get too salty. My go to is 3-1-1 brown sugar, white sugar, salt. 24 to 36 hr skin on, 12 to 18 skin off
