    I was in Germany in the early 80's. They're fn nuts, but can drive! It's a month long course to get a license and was $800 back then. DWI's are rare because they take them very serious. Most are caught at the scene of an accident. You have to experience it to really know.

    I like the 2s vs 3s also, but a weak Region will still get one in whereas in SD, a Region may not get a team in at all. The SoDak16 as they call it is played on a neutral site. They use power points in SD to determine seeds.

    The guides have them tricked out nice. Center counsel for guide, and fishing chairs front and back. The have kickers rigged on the back and BIG motors to push the tri-toon. They can fit a lot of customers on them, and make more $$$.
