    I have some older non-serrated Oneida knives. They do the job just fine. Not stainless, seem to hold their edge fine. I'd recommend if you're looking for a budget option. If I wanted to spend some money, I'd look at Cutco, Zwilling, or Victorinox. I've got a couple other Cutco's that I like...
