    Yes, they managed to catch him a block later. Meth is a helluva drug. There's a funnier one from a day or two before this of a different Fargo (female) cop getting handled by a juvenile. A bystander had to step in and help her. The female cops are a liability, I can't imagine anyone wants them...

    Good advice for boat trailers also. Over-build them. The ones that came on the Shorelander trailer I have, are the stock roller guides that are 1" square tubing u-bolted to the frame. They are junk and touching them at all bends them.

    If you own a lot of property it's a good deal for you. If you don't own property you will be replacing the lost property tax revenue to the state. The usual, less taxes for the wealthy, more burden on the so-called middle class.
