I looked at the number of applicants in the state with more than 10pts going into the last draw.
11 pts = 190
12 pts = 70
13 pts = 38
14 pts = 10
15 pts = 4
16 pts = 2
Id be pissed if I was the two remaining folks with 16pts.!!
