    I guess I have had good luck herring, I like to.throw the herring or sucker into the sink overnight to thaw, goes on the smelt.hook much easier. Smelly but that is why herring is best very oily and much tougher than smelt.

    http://www.j-wheelz.com/ I was wondering if anyone has seen these set ups up close and if so would you recommend on buying. These run 650$ vs tracks 1500 to 2500$ I guess just looking for some research on this product.
