    My FIL was there in his boat this spring as well. The last time he was there he noticed signs by the access that said no boating/pwc. He doesn't drink so I usually can rule that out. He has done well from shore there as well. I would try to get to the mouth of the spillway early to beat...

    I feel bad for those soldiers with ptsd. Seems so easy to see when help is need when you're on the outside. It's almost too hard to watch these types of movies.
