    thanks JCNodak, I will look into trying a different prop. Maybe the motor is in the lowest hole already like yours is. I havent looked. Normally I wouldnt really care about someone elses boat this much but I am hoping to buy it in a couple years if they upgrade since I really like this boat...

    I saw a picture of a tracked ranger that went through yesterday between pruden and stoney trying to cross a very sketchy looking pressure ridge. I think the ice is fine but as always, common sense needs to be used while trying to cross these ridges.

    I will agree about some skinny fish. We caught alot of eater sized fish in the 15-17" range and they were all really skinny. We kept our limit of them and they were all males. The only bigger fish we caught were two 24's and a 27.5 and they were all nice and fat with the 27.5 being 9 pounds.
