    I just tested the sugar and joints thing and so far, it seems to have no affect. I just feel a little sluggish on the sugar crash afterwards and get fatter. I’m only 41 though, so that can change.

    I have the 3-in-1 that I installed myself. It reads pretty good up to about 40mph. I think that’s about all they are rated for.
