    M3, yea or nay?

When someone can come up with roadside testing that provides a quantifiable level in someone's system (ie: breathalyzer) that can go with the subjective (ie: sobriety testing) I will vote yes. Until then it is a NO for me.

    New fishing boat Yar Craft

I am on Yar number 5. I know 5 other guys that run them as well. All boats have a few issues and anyone that tells you different shouldn't be trusted. I obviously love my Yars. Beyond that I love my dealer, North Country Marine, out of Garrison. You can walk out after buying and not be...

    Best Ground Blind for Wind?

I bought a Clam XL2000 hub style ice fishing shelter in camo for my step son last year with the thought it could do double duty as a ground blind for him in addition to obvious ice fishing use. So far it has worked well for both. It is full thermal and quiet. Windows are removable, etc. Not...

    Which is better?

Airwolf (the deadly helicopter show) or "The Master"? (the ninja show w/Lee Van Cleef) Airwolf Thunder the Barbarian or He-Man? He-Man Space Ghost or Johnny Quest? Space Ghost GI Joe or Transformers? Movie- Transformers, Cartoon-GI Joe Tom and Jerry or Heckle and Jeckle? Tom and Jerry...

    Battery Storage

I sell my main boat every year so I don't have to worry. I also trade trucks when I get a crack in the windshield... For my back-up boat I just tarp it well, provide the appropriate motor and fuel system treatments, top off batteries, and plug the chargers in 1x/month for a few days throughout...

    6.7 cummins delete...

I agree. However, still pleased when a trip to Baudette from DL @ 64-84 mph yielded a 28.9 mpg average hand calculated. Physics with the delete would almost mandate improvement; but WOW I'm already pleased.

    6.7 cummins delete...

I just bought a 1/2 ton Ford Supercrew with the 3.0 Powerstroke. I just couldn't justify a 3/4 ton. It is my daily driver and will be pulling Yar Crafts for up to 10k miles/year. 2750 miles so far and I love this thing. I have had 2 Tundras, Ecoboost, 14 Sierra, 12 Cummins, and a few...

    Motor Storage

There 2 common answers to this. 1) Premium fuel does with stabilizer and run the motor for awhile ; then top-off and be done. 2) is run dry, empty the fuel bowl well and be done. Both would include a fresh oil change after being ran for awhile to suspend contaminants in the oil before it is...

Now we see why those Tourney Sak weights are so big

Not that I have heard. Nothing more than rumors on a responsible party. I wish it would have been found out and dealt with appropriately. This far out I doubt it ever will.

Now we see why those Tourney Sak weights are so big

I thought you would be a better man than a response like this. Am far from perfect; but try darn hard to conduct myself wisely in all areas of my life (personally, professionally, socially, etc). Generally speaking, I have difficulty with broad brushes or be-all end-all words (ie: hate...

Now we see why those Tourney Sak weights are so big

Thank you for speaking for clay. You used 1 word that completely changed the outlook of his ongoing rant.... "almost" in regards to tourney fisherman and attitude. I fish tourneys and love it for many reasons. I have not witnessed the pervasive attitudes that seem to be only with us...

Now we see why those Tourney Sak weights are so big

Clay, we get it. You hate us tourney guys because 100% of us a are inconsiderate and rude on the water and rape resources.

    Rock Tamer vs Towtector

I have Kwik Pfyt and uses to have a Towtector. I prefer the Kwik Pfyt. I think the stainless steps a few more rocks and the main support bar is much stronger (I can stand on it). Plus I like the aluminum/stainless look better.

    What in the hell?!?!?!

Not so sure that the Physiology works that way. Eggs not layed stay in the sac until they are reabsorbed; but do get a sandy appearance as they break down. They do not migrate into the muscle (meat) to be reabsorbed.

Smooth Moves Air or WavePro 2.0

The new version (air) do not buck anymore. No more ejection seat!! I have not used Wavepro; but have heard great things about them. I wouldn't hesitate to use either product as long as you use the version 2.0 (air) of the Smooth Moves.

    Smooth Moves (Air)

I had the 1st generation (spring) Smooth Moves. They were a friggin ejection seat. Nearly lost 2 tourney partners while running hard in rhythmic waves. They were so bad on this summers boat order I added an extra Oh SH!T handle in front of the passenger for their safety. Even with the extra...
