    Shame on you hunters

I agree with you, that's why it needs to be attached to the same bill. Give and take. If they want something they should have to give something up as well.

    Shame on you hunters

Again those are all your rights as a landowner. I'm not advocating taking any of your rights away. I agree that the government is a pretty shitty land steward as well and my point of bringing it up is if we are going to allow private lands to be private then we should also expect more public...

    Shame on you hunters

Sorry KDM but you are wrong. The current law takes away the fundamental right of a property owner by forcing them to post their land closed. The burden should be on the landowner that does not care about their property rights to post their land open. A property owner shouldn't have to tell...

    Actually, yes they do.

    Shame on you hunters

I agree but I don't know of any situation like that in ND with our section line rules. - - - Updated - - - You don't think most people would agree that you should have permission before entering private property?

    Shame on you hunters

I think that's you actually. Private land is private. You want the burden to post it closed kept in place where most don't think that's right. If you want to leave your land open then you can post it as such. Either way nothing is going to open more private land to the public. That's why some of...

    Shame on you hunters

Sorry KDM but we'll have to agree to disagree. Private property is just that, private. It really shouldn't have any bearing when discussing public land or hunting access to the general public. If landowners don't want to be bothered and don't care if people access their property then they can...

    Shame on you hunters

Yep but renting shouldn't give them the right to abuse them either. Yeah there are all kinds of regulations, problem is none of them are enforced. Just about every piece of school land that I've seen grazed is over grazed. The trees and any other habitat on them is pretty much useless after the...

    Shame on you hunters

First of all, I actually agree with property rights and believe people should have to have permission to access private property. It's just the right thing to do and should have been that way from the beginning. Just because we have had it the opposite way for so long does not make it right. As...

    Shame on you hunters

Just pass it already and get on to other shit. Sick of hearing about it every damn session. Nothings going to change anyway. There'll still be trespassing, poaching, littering, pissed off landowners and pissed off hunters. When it passes I hope they also get rid of gratis tags and the corporate...

Walleye cheeks could be OFF the menu.....

Reading comprehension is not your strong suit. We are saying this new rule is pretty stupid and wardens should be able to tell the difference between a cheek and a fillet. 2 fillets with cheeks and wing per bag shouldn't be that hard to check.

    Shame on you hunters

Exactly. Just a bunch of blow hards and Port is one of the biggest.

Walleye cheeks could be OFF the menu.....

This. It shouldn't be all that difficult. If you can't wait to chunk your fillets until you get home, go buy fish sticks!

Here's your chance to be hard

The few I've been to have been basically bitch sessions between hunters wanting more deer and landowners wanting fewer deer and GNF talking out both sides of their mouth to appease each side.

Are you Nodakers killing any deer? ** Crickets**

Filled my doe tag opening weekend. Saw lots of deer and some nice bucks.

    Heart Shot Deer

Oh yeah well I shot my doe right in the heart on opening day and she dropped in her tracks. I guess 200 yards with a .270 will do that. :;:duel:;:howdy:)

    Heart Shot Deer

Did you hear a thump when you hit her? If there isn't any blood where she was standing I doubt you hit her in the vitals. If you hit her in vitals she should be dead within a 100 yards. No deer can go farther then that without heart or lungs.
