I thought at first they were going away from sending out an actual stamp but then I noticed the date on the license and went to their site and saw they are still required. Must be a FED thing.     So I bought my duck stamp through the GNF site a few weeks ago and still have not got the stamp in the mail yet.     What's funny is all these "experts" can't except the fact that these things are indeed transported by birds and other wildlife. Wonder why government agencies are so head strong to blame everything on human activity. It's like they can't believe anything can happen without a human being involved!

    I use my livewell too but still bleed my walleyes before cleaning. I transfer them to a 5 gallon bucket and slit their gills while getting the boat ready to head home. They are bleed out by the time I hit the cleaning station. The fillets are just much better if the fish are bleed out IMO.
