    Seems many yrs ago when I was looking o/u , that most Brownings were the heavier of them all. (sometimes a good thing for quality) I have a hard time giving up that 3rd round for sleeper birds.

    Might not be completely out but all the standing melt water disappeared the last 3 days. Good enough for me Noon news a week ago said there was only about a 15" frost line to start with. Somebody yanking our chain.

    Frost is out of the ground so whatever we get, won't stick around long. Need the moisture but would prefer the rain.

    Pass protection was pretty weak IMO. Have never looked at the stats, but I don't think there was much % of downfield passing compared to dump offs.

    Think it would be worth getting a horticulturist out to look at. They are more than willing to help you with a plan. Or excuse me, probably an arborist.

    I did try to sight in my dads old Winchester. Found out its got a bent barrel. Not sure where the best place to get a barrel or if its worth it. Will probably get passed on to a niece or nephew.

    I missed out on it the one year(when could have multiple licenses) because of work, but my other family members use to have 30-30 Thursday. Only gun you could carry whether buck or doe tag. Needed to stalk fairly close to get a decent shot. They had a lot of fun.
