    I manicured my actual lawn yesterday. The neighbor lady loves working on her lawn. She actually hand digs every dandelion out of her spotless lawn. Mine had "just a few more". Stupid lawn guilt.

    I went with LP on my lake place and I think it looks worlds better than steel or vinyl. It did cost more, but It should never have to be painted or have an issue for a long time. The guys I had install it did it by the book with painting and caulking. I'm really happy with the how it turned out.

    The Oklahoma group are likely the "gypsies". You can get work out of them, but you have to watch them like a hawk. I watched them run out of sealer on one job by Devils Lake. Nobody had the stuff in DL so they thinned out roofing tar with mineral spirits and sprayed that down. Quite the bunch.

    The coal tar emulsion would “mistify” while spraying on those hot, dry days. Man, my eyes would burn something fierce.

    That was the "good stuff" back in the day. I sprayed thousands of gallons of it. Asphalt emulsion just wasn't as hardy. Plus I think people felt they got what they payed for with the "coal tar stink". I got covered in "Gilsonite" one time when my experimental pump system blew a hose. Man...

    I used to do sealcoating. Take some pics of it and I can tell you if it's worth trying to seal. An overlay, if you can find somebody readily available, will probably vary from $2-$4 a square. Probably on the higher side due to small size. That's if an overlay is possible. If you try...
