    LB , Last summer I found an old old hand potato planter that my Grandpa had. I haven't tried it yet but it looks like they work slick . The one I have has an fancy looking tube so you drop the seed in from the top. Such a simple design, it would be easy to build one.

    $ 2850 isn't bad for two frying pans as long as your the seller and not the buyer. :) Ive picked up every used cast Iron pan I've walked past in the last 40 years and never found a rare one. Before that, nobody knew they were worth anything and there were so many farm auctions back then.
