    A good friend of mine is doing the work on it. He works for a case of silver bullets so it's a pretty good deal. I haven't sought the help of a mechanics shop in years. The only downside is he works 12 hour shifts and I hate to make him work even more. - - - Updated - - - And his code...

    I see where this is going. Make fun of the guy with an arctic cat, sore back, and a father in law who believe spark plugs never go bad so why throw them out instead of spending $2 and replacing them or providing backups that haven't been fouled before.

    said screw it. Bought new plugs and wires (they were needed anyway) and I'll have my friend try those first. If they don't take care of the issue, there's two new O2 sensors in there as well. Guess I'm reffing this weekend afterall.

    Cleaned the MAF sensor last night and it appeared to be running better. Drove to the gym this morning and it was back to its old antics. I'm picking up O2 sensors this morning and my friend is going to switch them out. If that doesn't take care of it, I'll swap out MAF, fuel filter and air filter.

    Does a guy change all 4 O2 sensors then or just the bank 1. Or pull them and find the bad one. I cleaned the MAF and it idles much better. But I'm with you guys in thinking its an O2 sensor.

    I guess the plan will be to stop by O-O-Oreilly's on the way home and check the code, buy the part and install. If that doesn't work it's going home with my friend tomorrow.
