    Toyota Tacomas

Probably the tires...not the truck...I respectfully disagree with you Short. Took my 150 everywhere last winter ice fishing...blown in paths to get on lakes...never got stuck. The 150 has been a great working truck for me...couldn't be happier...just my take!

    Toyota Tacomas

Owned both...will never go back to the mid size...just my personal preference. But when you are talking comparable prices...give me the greater hp/towing/cab/box any day...just my take.

    Toyota Tacomas

Bought a 2011 Tacoma new...kept for 3 years-zero problems. V6 4.0 motors very good...got 22-24 mpg on the highway. Only reason I got rid of it was because I decided I needed a full size truck. Traded in on a new F-150 in 2014. Eide Ford in Bismarck gave me $24.5K for trade...I only paid $30.6K...

    Any help?

Lake Darling...25 miles north of Minot, has a fishing outlet area with plenty of shore fishing opportunities. Before I got a boat, would occasionally catch walleye and perch this time of year along the river below the dam. If nothing else, toss out a jig with half a crawler and I'm sure between...

    Trolling Speed vs. Depth

Good point bobber...I was running about 15ft using a 1 oz bb when I slid out to a 30 ft flat. Too lazy to swap out for a heavier bb...lesson learned.

    Trolling Speed vs. Depth

Wednesday night I was pulling spinners and cranks in depths up to 30 fow. I don't typically fish that deep, but was following the bait fish/marks. Anyway, started wondering if trolling speed should be adjusted for depth? Do fish "chase" at a slower speed in deeper water...does it even make a...

    East End Sakakawea

Spot on V...last weekend in Douglas Bay caught multiple walleye in 12-16 fow pulling spinners with leeches/crawlers. Yesterday worked 8-26 fow spinners/leeches/crawlers/multiple colored cranks...north/south/east shores...did not catch a single walleye! Looking at some of the weight totals for...

    What's your sonar setup?

Don't get me wrong...I love electronics, but how cool would it be to fish a new lake in a jon boat without any electronics! If you found fish and got on 'em imagine the satisfaction!

    2017 Governors Cup

Looked at the boundaries earlier today on the tournament page...west edge to Berthold Bay. 250 boats from the embankment to that west edge...the start should be fun to watch!;:;popcorn

    What's your sonar setup?

Lowrance Elite 5 on the bow...Lowrance Hook 5 Chirp at the console. While fishing, I'm usually sitting up front running the trolling motor so I keep the Elite on a split with sonar/downscan...when moving with the big motor usually just have the Hook with the map on at the console.

for you pickup mechanics out there

Just checked with my buddy who has a lot of experience with Dodge motors...his response: "I would pull the valve cover, rotate the engine by hand and measure the valve travel (easy to do) will verify if the problem is in the cam or lifter (You can compare travel with another cylinder). Once...
