    They legally couldn’t have salty Stump water dump in because potable water has to be <500 ppm in salinity. Stump is over 5000 ppm. Even with dilution, the Sheyenne River water folk would deal with too much for potability. I think overheard Dean Nelson or Nean Delson or something.

    Can confirm the 2 strokes were horrible. One acquaintance had a 140 2 stroke and it performed like maybe a 90.
