    Gas or Electric

Nonsense, they run on magic electricity. The same stuff they are gonna use to power the electric cars.

Don't forget the electric rope shovels, diesel over electric front end loaders and haul trucks.

    glow nocks LED thingies

Your prayers have been answered, not sure if they're legal for hunting in ND though. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K6WBHL1/?tag=nodakangler10-20 - - - Updated - - - Super easy, pull out old nock, insert lighted nock. They are a few grains heavier than a normal nock.

    lunkerslayer??

I believe a person with any integrity at all wouldn't need anonymity on a forum, a person should conduct themselves online the same way they would in the real world. Lunker acts like a tough guy online because he knows he'd get punched in the ol' suck hole if he talked that way to people in the...

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

I can assure you that was a one in a million group for me. That would be a fun experiment, if you'll borrow me your chrono. I bet a labradar would work good though.

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

Back in 2012 when this took place Barnes listed 1800 FPS minimum on the TSX and TTSX. They stated 1600 FPS minimum for the LRX.

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

Roughly 1900 fps and KE was 1160 @686

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

Don't know off hand how fast it was at 686, I'm not at home to pull up old ballistic charts, but it was 3125 at the muzzle.

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

Yes, but like you were using field points. I only expect a bullet or bullets put into the right spot to create more internal hemorrhaging. With the shot placement of both bullets the deer should have been dead in seconds. To point out again that these were the Barnes LRX's, I know several...

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

I imagine it is, but 2 bullets in a row? The bullets still had more than enough velocity and kinetic energy to open as they are designed going through the hide of a mule deer. I've had much better results in similar situations with other bullets. I never argued they were a bad bullet, I know...

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

Probably not, damn things shot good though.

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

Yes, too many other good bullets with higher BC's to need to use them anymore than once.

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

It could have been, but that experience was enough for me to switch bullets.

    6.5 Match in Ballistic Gel

At 686 yards a 145gr LRX @ 3125FPS out of a 7mm will pencil through a mule deer. Shot him twice, hits were 1.5 inches apart right behind the front shoulder, neither expanded at all.

You definitely can, unless the section line has been closed.

No sir that deer is not a tirty pointer but is actually a 57 pointer

No shit sherlock. Again, growing poppies and brothels are illegal, owning deer and elk isn't. If you want to push a ban to make owning them illegal go for it, that's your right. Until then quit your bitching.
