    This would be my recommendation as well. A bobber with some worms under it or a small mepps spinner should do the trick. That or McDowel just out of town. Bluegills, bass and trout to be had out there.

    The B Mag will easily give you 100 more yards of accuracy. I own both. HMR will drive tacks out to about 150. Accuracy drops off a lot after that. B Mag will give you 250 yards and a bit more.

    Hasenpfeffer for supper? I'd probably use a small live trap to avoid killing little Timmy's Snowball or Muffins, but I bet your wire will work with proper diameter and placement.
