    So, if corn is placed above ground in a trough of some sort, what would that be considered? It's not on the ground. That sounds way better than on the ground , And especially if you never let it go empty so they are licking for every last bit of dust.

    I suppose food plots might be considered and might have some regulations down the road too . What I think would be a real culprit is salt and mineral licks .
