    Should I or Shouldn't I submit a head.

    People that bait deer want the game and fish to stay away from unproven cwd kill offs but the same ones want every boat checked for zebra mussels. I bow hunt without bait and fish the same lake all year so I really don’t have an opinion for or against.. sounds like a bunch of unknowns for both

    Fillet Knives

    Have any guys that use a traditional knife / boneless method tried the havalon fillet knife? I use rapala, Kershaw, and a cheaper wustof. Can’t get used to the sharp backside of leech lake. Love havalon for skinning other critters but haven’t heard much of the disposable blade fillet knife

    Why? Because the hardest thing that you Have to do is find a fresh track and then open the gates for the dogs. Waddle up when they have it treed and shoot it from 10ft? The difference to me is that there is zero chance the animal can get away when treed where as upland have seen plenty get away...

    It gives me an uneasy feeling seeing a cat in a tree with dogs around and a “hunter” shooting it out of the tree at 10ft.. doesn’t seem that sporting to me but to each their own. To me working dogs is for upland. Keep them away from chasing lions or coyotes.. I enjoy hunting and calling...

    Increased oil activity and too many nonresident archery tags has really hurt the ND mule deer quality IMO. 150 buck tags and 25 doe tags would be plenty for ND rifle season each year as well

    I wouldn’t chance it.. low 40’s with zero sunlight is about as close as I would get to leaving it hang in warmer temps. Could you quarter it quick and put in a big cooler with ice until Saturday when you can cut it up?

    How do you know it was a hunter that shot your mailbox and not some meth head out driving around. A little early to penalize hunters before you get all of the facts. It’s like some over weight person slipping and falling on the bleachers of a high school basketball game then ending the season...

    Meh... hope someone took a leak in the barrel before you got it.. sorry,nothing against you and I know it is perfectly legal. It’s just not for me and I couldn’t keep my mouth shut :). Could try sashing 3 long sticks together with rope into a tripod?
