    I just made a batch of maple jalapeño and thought it tasted pretty good and everyone who tried it liked it so far, not as spicy as I thought it would be. I used ground goose meat and had to had some hamburger to it to make it to 5 lbs. I messed up and should have ground the hamburger down...

    Seeing shot patterns... which choke is "best"?

    I always shot full for trap due to being told that the shot string is longer so the target flies into the shot. I gained two to three broken targets a round when I switched but for some it seems to make things worse.
