    I agree with the pecan smoke. I've been cooking salmon o. The egg grill with pecan almost weekly lately even the kids inhale it. Another favorite I got from this site recently was butterflying a whole chicken and grilling it. Did 2 birds this week and used the leftovers to make tacos.

    I havnt done this but when looking at binos the Scheels sales(expert hahaha) guy reminded me that they have a no questions asked return policy. So I could take a one out one day try them and then anouther the next untill i decided which i liked best.
