    Trespass Bill Part 2

Livetohuntandfish unfortunately that's the world we live in today. Everyone is treating others with less respect than we did 20 years ago. I had my grandson in the Badlands deer hunting. He had his buck down a half mile from the road, and I just had a Stent in my heart three days before. We...

    Selling of your public lands.

Kurtr that's a failure of the state, not the Feds. More than once and by more than one person this has been explained to you. Sites with the information, sites with the Nevada constitution, and videos explaining it. Much land was given to individuals in states, land was given to states to...

    Selling of your public lands.

When you have two different opinion division is natural. I understand that not everyone is going to agree. That means we are divided. I think your unaware that your as guilty as I am. I also think your unaware that your not going to get everyone to agree with you all the time. Your not the...

    Selling of your public lands.

We don't. We want to keep it public. We just don't trust groups like the American Land Council. We see the posted signs in the Badlands, and we know about the legislator that compares hunters to the pipeline protestors so we don't trust. GST some of the people you defend makes me distrust...

    Selling of your public lands.

So now we know how much consideration we get from those who want the federal land. Uncle Ted is fun to listen to, but the man is a fool. I kind of like him, but the way he goes about things doesn't do us any favors. How do we feel about a liberal that tells us he is an intellectual and we...

    Selling of your public lands.

A living document. We have heard that before. From the far left and activist judges. Fix it for you maybe, but screw everyone else. I have already made eight calls in opposition to this bill. Where has all out state money gone to? Pooof.

    Selling of your public lands.

I think the bunny huggers would simply sue the states rather than the feds when it comes to wolves etc. They will always be a thorn in the side for us. Narrow minds of the radical extremes from both sides create those good ideas gone bad. Currently foolish ideas balance each other. For...

    Selling of your public lands.

I have often called it riding herd on sportsmen. They are among us. The sportsman's organizations they hate are no more single minded than the organizations they belong to. It's the nature of the beast to represent it's members. Back Country Hunters and Angler and Farm Bureau are just two...

    Selling of your public lands.

622 sounds like he is going to create a mess. Block grants so states can enforce federal law. Doesn't this guy have something important to do? Doesn't he understand that every time money is transferred much of it is lost through administration? He is doing exactly what people complain about...

    Valentines Day

Ya I got bored last night and ordered two more bullet molds. A 200 gr flat nose with round shoulders for my 45 and a 500 gr pointed for long range target in my 45/70. After 52 Valentines days together we don't get to excited. Usually just a night out and a couple of ribeye.

That was fast. I hope it's an indication of how many people were against it.

Woodwork?? I don't know if that's one of my hobbies or I just do some to save money. Took a lot of my time for new kitchen cabinets. Bought the wood for $2.15 a square foot right at the mill in Minnesota.

    Selling of your public lands.

You have to question these things when they say the EPA owner land. We watched a control burn by a little town called York in Montana last summer. They had a chopper on a controlled burn. They scooped water from the Upper Holter lake and dumped two miles sweet of York. That chopper worked...

    Selling of your public lands.

When they guarantee access make sure it doesn't mean at $200 per day. Guaranteed access is very nebulous. It's our lands so demand free access as we have it now. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the state would not give all rights to whoever leases the land.

    Boyds gunstocks

I bought one advertised on nodakoutdoors. I bought it for a Savage model 16 with a Criterion barrel in 6.5 Creedmoor. It was a near perfect fit, but cracked when I left it for a few days in a black toolbox in the back of my truck. It cracked in a very thin area between the magazine and...

will Using mechanized vehicles for coyote hunting become legal?

Livetohuntandfish I can see your point and gst. I simply want to clarify that the gov does not do it for sport therefore the comparison to hunters can not be made. Those who want all land posted yet think they should be able to use mechanized vehicles have a conflict of thought. Trespass...

will Using mechanized vehicles for coyote hunting become legal?

When the gov does it that's work, not sport. The gov should do it with the least expense/most efficient means possible. When I had to collect some sandhill cranes I used a heavy barrel, very accurate rife. Some said I wasn't being sporting. I had no intention of wasting money and being...

Midlife crisis? Epiphany? Or am I insane?

Attitude is everything You will make a great teacher. They say college students change their major an average of five times. I made the mistake of finishing most then trying to decide what to do. I have majors in wildlife, entomology, and secondly education. After school jobs were tough so...
