    yea I can't wait. last year they wanted to raise the tax valuations on three worthless lots I own in Surrey from $1600 to $13,000. After many people loosing their minds they reduced it to something like $3400. Nothing like seeing a 1000% increase in your valuations in a year lol

    You took what I said out of context. My point was all that info is there in the court house but you have to dig. I didn't say it was easy or that you could walk in and ask for it and have it in five minutes. That's not gonna happen.

    it depends on how good of a negotiator you are lol. there are also individuals that have serious money that can afford to have their own disposals drilled. They then operate them just like a business. $1.50-2.00 a barrel they can reap. But they cost a couple million or so to drill and set up.
