    Unless statistics have changed: There is NO such thing as a "routine" traffic stop. I wince when I hear that term; the traffic stop is the most dangerous situation for the officer. A domestic dispute is 2nd. My gawd I hope I drilled that enough in my kids who chose to continue as peacemakers...
