    If he covered it the concrete will generate enough heat to keep it from freezing. It never stops now with hot water heated material and chemicals to make it set faster. Blankets and ground thawers make temps really a moot point. So to answer it’s no problem

    i would have a north place for summer dog training and a south place for the winter. Tech ponds at both and grounds big enough to hold events.

    I’m 100% opposite. I hunt water once or twice a year and it reminds how much more I like fields. Getting permission here has just been a way of life for me.
