    Going to be a busy week for me. Setting out plants and planting seeds so that everything is ready at the same time for selling. All my root veggies are doing well except for the deer walking all over them. Anyone have a way to keep them off without building a 8' fence or " eating them ":::.

    I plant my taters in rows far enough apart so I can run my front tine tiller down the center and the tiller does my hilling for me.

    Need new kitchen knives that stay sharp

    Rada for us also. Set was given to us for a wedding gift 24 years ago. Came with its own sharpener that is very easy to use. Wife and I both love them.

    I do like Davy. Put mine on a set of wheeled scaffolding and in and out of the garage they go until plant time. Tough them up some before put in ground and make sure to give wind protection cause wind will kill tomatoes and peppers. LB

    My tiller is 28" wide so I have rows 3' wide so I can till between the rows with out taking blades off tiller. I have a walk behind seed planter and I set the disk in it to 8" spacing for corn.

    Sent wife to Fleet Farm after work to pickup a "flat" of tomatoes, peppers and flowers plus 3 sixpacks of wave petunias. Did not understand how many were in a flat and now I need to plow up another acre. Summer is going to be busy.

    Plans for this weekend?

    Social Distancing by pulling sweet corn stalks out of garden, nobody shows up for that but they all show up like a bunch of coons when the new crop is ready. They going to get a rude wake-up call this summer. Can't wait to try some bacon wrapped white sweet corn on the grill yum-yum.
