    lure wraps for ice rods

My buddy uses the plastic mesh ones on all of his and really like them, no more tangles for him. I think his are clam but have seen other brands as well. I have the Eagle Claw hard rod case so mine sit different and I still use the lure and tension method.

    Strikemaster Auger

Easiest fix would be to buy an electric auger I guess:;:stirthepot. Not many things like to work in -20 range and few things are designed for it we left my Jiffy 30 at home and used my buddies Ion Saturday and Sunday.

    Strikemaster Auger

Linkage problem or needs carb adjustment maybe or it is effing cold and just needed to warm up more. My old Jiffy 30 can run great when it is about 0-30 and the engine stays about like that but when it starts getting below 0 or -10 I sometimes have to tune the carb a little for the temps. This...

    New Flooring

I'm in the process of putting back our vinyl plank in the basement after we had a water break and removed it all cleaned and dried all of it. Right now it looks like I was able to save about 90% where carpet and laminate would have been near 100% loss. I believe it is MetroFlor Engage in a...

Interesting ice formations found on farm south of Scranton, ND

Looks like signs the Graboids have found their way out of the desert and are now starting to roam the frozen tundra of ND. I encourage everyone to watch the three documentaries available to learn the evolution and best practices to protect yourselves.

Actually it is an Allison engine that used to be used in airplanes and I believe some tanks if I remember correctly. I think it took him about 15sec to travel 300ft and he was taking it easy. - - - Updated - - - I don't think I have ever ran backwards for 30ft that fast in my life.

The older my two get the more grey hairs I get or I am just getting that much wiser which is what I tell my wife. Then again our friends across the street have a little boy that is 3 as well and I think he could equally or surpass my amount of sanity come teenage years. On second thought I...
