    Big walleyes have more and nastier red tissue that tastes like garbage. If you make sure the red tissue is completley removed (an extra bit of “surface trimming”) there’s no way anyone would find big walleye offensive.

    even in 2011 I didn't need to see a large mammal squirming around waiting to die it's my least favorite part of hunting - I adore a quick dispatch - even with house cats
