    Crocodile spoons makes a pink one. Crocodiles are Canadian pike killers. You really don’t need Muskie sized lures up there for pike. Maybe a little bigger but definitely not cowgirl big.

    My son got a GAMO Bone collector pellet gun. The scope is garbage but once that was replaced I thought it was a pretty solid little gun. Way better than anything I had as a kid. For blackbirds it would be an absolute killer. $200 I think.

    About ten years ago I called the G& F about shooting blackbirds, they just told me I couldn’t use a rimfire .22 for whatever reason. - - - Updated - - - Starling are good eating little buggers. Kinda like dove.

    Also I don’t think it’s anywhere near as good as it was before the 2011 flood. Limits of two to four pounders seemed to be a lot easier. I find myself having to work way harder for fish on the river now. Could have to do with the increased boat traffic I’m not sure.
