    I bought a cheap rug from Menards and cut it to size and tossed it in the bottom of my sled. Works awesome! Stuff doesnt bounce around near as bad. And it removes easily for drying.

    Of course its under powered! Its a GM! :;:muahaha All kidding aside. I used to have a 04 GMC exactly like yours. I had it until 150K miles. Your problems are just starting. I had electrical and mechanical problems as soon as it rolled over 100K.

    So that answers my question. 6" vs 8" You cut your hole count per battery about in half. I can drill anywhere from 40-50 6" holes on one 4amp hour battery. Thanks Kasey!
