    Every section line in ND is open for travel as long as it hasn't been closed by the township and very few get closed. Just make sure it's a section line and not a half section line. A good map or GPS is very helpful especially out west where section lines can be hard to decipher.

    You said it was all about personal property rights. Well dogs and chickens are personal property. I love eating beef and pork.......and deer and elk for that matter. Not sure what that has to do with the high fence hunting debate though.

    This guy tried to pull a fast one. He killed the buck on a high fence hunting preserve in Indiana and then registered it as a wild deer kill in Kentucky to try to get in the record books. What a POS and another reason these places are a scourge to the hunting community.

    I'd recommend just getting permission prior to hunting any private land this year. It's become too much of a hassle to figure out if something's posted or not anymore. That's my approach anyway and when a landowner gets upset that I'm asking when it's not posted I'll just say blame your fellow...
