If the work that goes into that cant be completed before the first of the calendar year then it probably makes sense to stick with April 1st as the start of each fishing season even though it never closes.</p><p></p><p>Bottom line is what's the problem you are trying to solve? I don't see any problem so what why fix something not broken.</p></blockquote><p></p>
