A Seminole (he said anyway) at the native village who was putting on the archery display let me shoot his homemade bow and arrows. Not bad actually. The old Blunderbuss was neat, but the cannon was kind of cheese. Yoby if you like scenery and not to many tourists I can relate. I have been in 49 states and still prefer the mountains to any beach. I just don't get what beauty is in water and sand. Anyway, it's tough to beat the Bighorn Mountains near Burgess junction. Go check out the Medicine Wheel, then keep going west and take a boat ride through the deep canyons of the upper Yellowtail. Do a little fly fishing. Check out Shell Creek Canyon. Enjoy all the moose you will see before the wolves invade. Rent a nice 4X4 a couple miles south of Burgess junction at Elk View Lodge and enjoy some backcountry. Check out some of the neat campgrounds like Dead Swede. I don't remember the names, but there are a number of bed and breakfast in the Burgess Junction area. Bear Lodge may have some right at their property.
