A Corp official is quoted to say, &quot;they [Army Corp of Engineers] were continuing to move forward with the project but didn't have a time frame.&quot; Furthermore, the ACOE told Hoeven's office &quot;they are moving ahead with the project regardless of how you [the public] feels.&quot;Basically the public has been ignorned, the facts have been ignored and the master manual is being ignored. You can bet your last dollar this presidency wants to make a splash and given the regime's history they don't give a damn what the people have to say. Especially the majority.So what's next?
